Customer Success Manager
(The Hague, full time; 6 months)

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success Management team for 6 months with possibility of extension. You will work closely with international clients to ensure they receive the advice and support required to have the best app for their events. You will be responsible for the entire life cycle of multiple app projects simultaneously and ensure that they are delivered on time. You will also be in charge of keeping your customers up to date with the latest features and updates and make sure the service they receive turns into a long-lasting customer relationship.

Customer Success Management Support
(The Hague, full time)

We are looking for a data wizard who is data-driven, proactive & hands-on. As part of the Customer Success Team, you will be assisting our Customer Success Managers and customers to create smart and effective app solutions for the events of our international clients.
