Customer Success Management Support – Full Time
Conference Compass is looking for a data wizard who is data-driven, proactive & hands-on. As part of the Customer Success Team, you will be assisting our Customer Success Managers and customers to create smart and effective app solutions for the events of our international clients. What you will be doing
- Support the CSM Team and our clients
- Work on assignments across different project areas
- Edit client data and insert them into mobile apps
- Contribute to the development of new apps
What we ask from you
- Passionate about data management
- Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
- Proficient MS-Office user, Excel skills are a big plus
- Proficient Dutch and fluent in English
- Excellent at planning and timelines
