Our team is continuously improving our event platform Floq, to meet the evolving needs of our clients. With the new event season coming up, we’re excited to introduce a fresh lineup of features. We’ve designed them to make your event management experience the best it’s been so far!

Revamped Q&A

You can now mark questions as answered. Moderators can easily track which questions have been addressed and which still need attention, streamlining the Q&A process during sessions. Furthermore, the sorting of the question has been optimized to show the most relevant questions at the top for the moderators. Moderators can manually sort the questions shown to the audience.

Multiple Answers for Vote

New Multi-vote feature

We’ve added a new option to our voting feature—attendees can now select multiple answers instead of being limited to just one! This flexibility allows for more more varied questions that can be asked, leading to enhanced engagement during sessions.

Support for membership information

Our attendee sync now also supports syncing membership information from an external membership system. This means personalized text and buttons are displayed in the app, such as options to view or renew memberships. This way members are kept up to date and can ensure their timely membership renewal and a higher ROI for organisers.

Restricted sign-on to user of specific group

You can now restrict sign-in for specific features to only be available for a certain group. For example: you have a publicly accessible event, but want to make a session only available to the VIP members of your community. This feature allows you to tailor the event experience to different attendee segments easily.

Revamped data editors, channels, and releases

Our data editors, channels, and releases have been given a facelift: the layout is now much cleaner and allows for an intuitive workflow for users. Set up your event in no time!
