EAACI FAAM 2016 Congress
11 – 15 October 2016 | Rome, Italy
Rome is the city with the highest concentration of historical and architectural riches in the world. Its historical centre, outlined by the enclosing Aurelian Walls, layering nearly three thousand years of antiquity, is an invaluable testimony to the European western world’s cultural, artistic and historical legacy.
Just like Rome, FAAM builds on a tradition of successful events of formal and highly interactive multidisciplinary learning. The multifaceted nature of FAAM’s ambitions is reflected in a strong presence of all the stakeholders in the field besides allergists such as pediatricians, gastroenterologists, food technologists, allied health, policy makers and patient’s organizations. This multi-professional arena is crucial in getting a holistic approach of the several clinical manifestations of food allergy, embracing the community and the daily life of our patients, too.
The Meeting symposia, seminars and workshop will emphasize opportunities for high exchange of ideas and sharing the cutting edge of science and medicine relating to food allergen biology, nutritional support and innovative therapeutic approaches to patient care and food safety.
